By engaging in a commission and making a payment, the commissioner agrees to follow the Terms of Service.
General
• Payment methods : PayPal (+5% fees), Buy me a coffee (+5% fees), others (ask me)
• 2.5 x Total price for commercial use. If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only.
• Extra charge may apply if there is a complicated detail.
• Refunds are not offered after the completed order.
• The Artist has the right to post the artwork on social media platforms for promotional. (+20% fee if you request to keep it private.)
• You must credit me (Minaru) for the artwork as a creator.
Process
The completion time : 3 days - 1 month+
• The Artist will add you to the waiting list after receiving full payment.
• The Artist will provide a sketch for approval, small changes are allowed.
(free for 2 times change, if more than 2 times an extra charge may apply 5-10 USD per change.)
• After the sketch is approved, big changes are not allowed (such as pose, hair, clothes, etc...)
• The Artist will keep the progress updated until completion.
• Artwork Delivery : digital files (png, jpg)
