By commissioning me and submitting payment, you agree to the Terms of Service below.
General
• Payment Methods : PayPal (+5% fees), Buy me a coffee (+5% fees), Other methods (ask me)
• Commercial Use: 2.5 × the total price. Any use involving profit, monetization, merchandise, games, streaming assets, business promotion, or commercial projects is considered commercial use.
• Additional charges may apply for highly detailed designs.
• All payments are non-refundable once received. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order.
• The Artist reserves the right to post the artwork on social media and in portfolios. (+20% fee if you request to keep it private.)
• You must credit me (Minaru) for the artwork as a creator.
Process
Turnaround Time: 7 days - 1 month+
• The Artist will add you to the waiting list after receiving full payment.
• The Artist will provide a sketch for approval. Minor revisions are allowed.
(Up to 2 free revisions. Additional revisions may incur a fee of 5–10 USD per revision.)
• After sketch approval, major changes are not allowed (such as pose, hair, clothes, etc.)
• The Artist will provide progress updates throughout the commission process.
• Artwork Delivery: Digital files (PNG, JPG)
